Abstract
Undoubtedly, the Holy Qur'an is the most important source of knowledge of divine decrees, in which the strategic rules of a monotheistic society are stated and it recommends observing rules for interacting with non-divine societies. Exploring the meaning of "In al-Hakm ila Allah" and adapting to some international conventions is a new effort in the direction of Quranic research and religious enlightenment. The following article is based on the analytical-adaptive method of passing the semantics of the word ruling in the verse "In al-Hakm ila Allah" to the contrast of some clauses of "F.I.T.F" with divine laws and the validity of some legislative, governance centers and arbitration courts at the international level. has paid Considering the breadth of the meaning of the ruling in "In al-Hakm illa Allah" and considering some new ways of the enemy's influence in ruling over Islamic societies, which is contrary to God's will, by applying "F.I.T.F" and its related laws to the verse 40 of Surah Mubaraka Yusuf (peace be upon him) has addressed this necessity, in addition to the contradiction of some clauses of this convention with the all-encompassing divine sovereignty in the three meanings of the ruling, this flawed annexation includes irreparable losses for the country.
